TWO Bodie

BWP Tough’s 782 Boy X MRP Cider 

Bodie is a home bred buck that showed tremendous growth and conformation as a kid.  His dam is a doe we think very highly of and have used for AI projects.

2018 #5 FEC buck at Eastern Oklahoma Buck test also sired the 2021 EOSC 1st place ADG buck.  

In 2025 we sent 4 Woody sons to the West Virginia Buck Test and in the Overall category we had the #2 and #24, in ADG we had #13 and #26. In FEC we had  #2 and #35- the buck that placed #35 only had a 380 FEC average and alot of that came from a higher egg count in week 6 that he cleared. In REA we had #15 and #55.

Our top three also gave us the #4 placing for Producer Best of Three.

Linebred Boaz on top, his offspring are meaty, deep bodied and very colorful  with especially dark red eyelids.  Update: Our #24 buck at WVU was out of a Blackbrush daughter!  He’s turning out to be a doe maker.

twin, adjusted weaning index of 117.  He’s a son of my favorite doe, H17 and a buck we had called Ringer, that was Top Ten at the West Virginia Buck test.  We kept several of his daughters this year, they’ll join the doe herd this fall.  We’re looking forward to seeing their offspring.
